CIRCULAR THREADS RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns in new condition, clean, unwashed items for a full refund. Within 30 days we will replace your item or refund the product price at your option. After 30 days, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable, with the exception of defective products.

THE CIRCULAR THREADS GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you find a sewing defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact us at 970-460-7331 or via email at circularthreads@gmail.com.  We will be happy to  assist you further with a refund or exchange.  If your product ever fails because of workmanship, please contact us so that we can assist you in repairing the item.  

RECYCLING PROGRAM

Please contact Circular Threads Customer Service if your product reaches the end of its useful life and you would like us to recycle it.  You can always drop it off at our micro factory during normal business hours or mail it to us.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Once your item(s) are received, we will process your refund using the original method of payment.  Please include your order number on a note with your name with your order receipt.
